Prices

Material and labour prices are the accuracy layer for estimates. Product prices are imported from builder merchant pages into Firestore by a local script. Labour prices are managed here and exposed to MCP so Max and the estimator can use actual rates instead of static defaults.

Product Prices

Search imported Selco product records: item code, URL, image, title, price and product descriptions.

Labour Prices

Maintain hourly/day rates by trade, role and region. These records feed MCP labour-rate lookup.
